IR Quasi-Resonant Technology

	In order to authenticate marked products, specially designed detection instruments must be used. The taggants respond to miniature harmless proprietary IR LED optical devices that resemble remote controls.
	These devices are very sensitive to the presence of miniscule amounts of taggant on the surface of tested objects. The detectors allow to conduct simple field tests of authenticity with immediate YES/NO results.

The authentication procedure is simple and quick. The miniature detector is brought to the face of the product with its activation button pressed. The detector will sense the ceramics in the product and signal by lighting up a green indicator and sounding a beep.



If the ceramics is not found, the red indicator stays on, and the device is silent. The detector could even sense the marker hidden underneath thin wooden, carton, or plastic packaging.
